We used 4U Travel Solutions recently to drop us off and pick us up for a cruise from Southampton docks after they were recommended by our neighbours. The price was competitive, for us the same as a week's parking at the docks, with the advantage of not worrying about our car whilst away. Pickup was at the time agreed, the driver Ziggy was very friendly and helpful lifting our heavy cases to save my back.
When we disembarked Ziggy was sitting waiting for us, we were loaded and away within 5 minutes allowing us to just sit back and enjoy the trip home. We would happily use 4U Travel Solutions for our next trip.

5 stars is not enough for such service! I recently moved to Portsmouth and I needed a taxi ride to Gatwick airport because of the train strikes. Adriano was probably one of the most polite people I’ve ever met. Excellent communication from the beginning, kept me up to date, was there on time, and provided the smoothest ride ever. We had an excellent service provided by 4U Travel. They picked us up from Portsmouth and gave us a smooth and quick ride to Heathrow Airport. We are a big group and had about 10 pieces of luggage. However, we were picked up in a spacious car fit for our group. The car was a luxurious Mercedes V Class which was clean and comfortable. The driver was polite and helpful The price for the trip was much better compared to other similar services.

I used 4U Travel Solutions to drive me to hospital for 2 weeks of radiotherapy treatment. The luxury cars were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the drivers, Dan and Adriano, were punctual, courteous and extremely professional. I was able to relax on the hour long journey knowing I was in safe hands. They always waited for me however long my appointment lasted, even on one occasion diverting to a different hospital when a problem occurred. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to be driven by them. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service, they called and text to confirm the dates. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier in a clean and classy executive BMW, immaculately dress in suit, helped us with our suitcases and drove us in timely and safe manner.

I booked to have my parents taken to Southampton port and Adriano was fabulously professional. I booked to have my parents taken to Southampton port and Adriano was fabulously professional. From the moment I enquired, they have been nothing but amazing and communication has been second to none. Adriano turned up exactly at the time agreed, he was courteous and got my parents to Southampton on time, safely, and the journey was comfortable. They were even supplied a bottle of water each. From the very first to the last of 50 journeys, the drivers went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure my experience was comfortable and enjoyable, they were polite and attentive to my needs. Communication before a pick up was excellent, therefore ensuring I knew exactly when to expect them and they were always prompt. The vehicles were always spotlessly clean and the drivers smart and presentable. I always felt safe. What more could one want when being chauffeured?
