How do I know my booking is registred with you?

Once booked you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. One day before your journey you will receive email communication with your driver details, pickup information, car details.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name on a card if agreed to meet at arrivals. If arranged otherwise we will provide mobile number to contact your driver.

Can I pay by cash to the driver?

We accept all kind of payments: invoice via secured online links, PayPal payments, Card (including AMEX and foreign cards), Google Pay, card and cash in our cars.

What if my car has not arrived on time?
